Shipping policy

At Relentless Apparel, most of our products are made to order specifically for you. Rather than keeping large quantities of pre-made merchandise in a warehouse, your item is produced after your order is placed.

Because of this, please allow time for production in addition to shipping time.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is submitted for production.

Most orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days, although production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability, holidays, or other circumstances.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

During periods of high demand, production may take longer than usual. Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Tracking information will generally be provided once your order has shipped when tracking is available.

Please understand that estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Multiple Items May Ship Separately

Some Relentless Apparel products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities.

If you order multiple products, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. Separate shipments are normal and do not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.

When available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the products ordered, quantity, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method.

Please Check Your Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your address before submitting your purchase.

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

If an order is returned, lost, or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may be the customer's responsibility, except where otherwise required by law.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, certain circumstances are outside our direct control.

Delivery may be delayed because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, natural disasters, customs processing, transportation problems, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing significant shipping problems.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at cbli@cbli.net with your order number.

We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment and shipping providers to determine the appropriate resolution.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors and contact the carrier when appropriate.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at cbli@cbli.net and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at cbli@cbli.net within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

Damaged, defective, and incorrect products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Made-to-Order Products

Please remember that most Relentless Apparel merchandise is created specifically after your order is placed.

Production begins quickly, so orders generally cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production.

For this reason, please carefully verify your product, design, size, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing checkout.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

International shipments may also experience additional delays due to customs processing.
